Highlights

SUSS

SUSS allows you to create in app guides and tours of a web site/app without writing any code.

Help guides and tours are associated to the page URL, which means users get contextual help based on where they are.

Visual aides can be added to help tours using drag and drop.

Like with help guides and tours, embedded chat is made better by providing more context.

Here we can see that "James Burton" knows where the customer is and what tour they were taking before contacting him.

ReCapture

ReCapture allows you to take screenshots of webpages from its chrome extension.

You can take a screenshot of the whole page, or just part of it.

Screenshots taken from the Chrome Extension are then managed in the web app.

My favourite feature is "Retake Screenshot". When users click this button the web app retakes the screenshot of the webpage (using PhantomJS).

Whenever a screenshot is retaken (by the web app) the previous version is archived.

This allows users to see a complete history of how a screenshot has changed over time.

You can also revert the screenshot back to an earlier version.

Brewly

The monthly calendar allows brew teams to manage the production process of craft beer and ale.

This screen provides an overview of what beer is being made, what stage it's at, and where it's located.

Each stage of the production process is colour coded, making it really easy to identify what stage a brew is at.
